About Me

I'm Janet Robinson, a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field. My journey has been dedicated to helping individuals become the best versions of themselves. I earned my master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah, which laid the foundation for my diverse range of expertise.

Throughout my career, I've been trained in various therapeutic modalities, giving me an extensive toolkit to provide comprehensive and tailored support to my clients. I see their unique challenges and strengths, and my goal is to create a safe and inclusive space for their therapeutic journey.

My dedication, experience, and commitment to helping others have earned me a reputation as a highly respected and trusted professional in the mental health industry.

My connection with spirituality and profound understanding of the universe deeply influence my approach to therapy. This spiritual awareness allows me to approach my work with a sense of interconnectedness and compassion. I recognize the profound impact that our inner and outer worlds have on our well-being. I also have a deep understanding for our need for connection and intimacy with ourselves and others in order for healing and growth.

By integrating this spiritual perspective into my practice, I offer a holistic and empathetic approach to therapy. It's not just about addressing psychological aspects, but also acknowledging the spiritual and existential dimensions that contribute to overall growth and fulfillment.

Through the synthesis of my professional expertise, personal experiences as a mother and wife, and spiritual insights, I'm able to create a nurturing and transformative therapeutic space for my clients. My aim is to empower those I support to navigate their unique journeys with a sense of purpose and connectedness.
